We had some colourful visitors to Springbank last week when the members of the Svaeveru Choir brightened up a dull Friday afternoon.
The Norwegian choir owns its own cask of Springbank Whisky and the members visit our warehouse every two years to check on the progress of their whisky. They then move on to the Craigard Hotel in Campbeltown, where they hold a conference (I think it's really an excuse to drink as much whisky as possible!). Their biennial trip to Scotland also includes a swin in Loch Lomond on their way to Campbeltown - they are either very brave or crazy as the water must be freezing in February!
Here are a couple of pictures from their visit - two members carefully inspecting their cask and the full choir outside warehouse number three.
